What you'll do

As IT Support officer you will provide your "internal customers" (aka future colleagues) with operational and technical support, through a proactive approach, in order to enable our client's employees to operate more effectively and efficiently. You will analyze and troubleshoot technical problems and advise on appropriate action.

 

As a IT Support officer, you will pursue the excellence of the provided service to the internal Customers which is taking into account:

 

  • High professionalism and "clients 1st" attitude
  • Effectiveness and efficiency of users support
  • Minimal disruption or no disruption to the business (projects)
  • Cooperation with the team and suppliers

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Provide technical support to internal customers.
  • Ensure positive relationships are built and maintained with all involved parties (business, team, suppliers).
  • Ensure that knowledge and experience is well documented and shared with colleagues.
  • Maintain asset inventory up to date at all times.
  • Roles and responsibilities as described by ITIL processes and the Roles ResponsibilitiesMatrix (ie RACI matrix).
  • Constantly educate Businesses in the value constraints of IT.

Who we're looking for

  • A real passion for IT and current technologies, a self-made man/woman could be just what we are looking for. (Any IT related Degree would be a plus but not mandatory)
  • A first working experience in a similar role would be a plus but not mandatory
  • Experience with Windows10, Office365, Outlook, iOS Devices, PowerShell, Azure, Active Directory, Group Policies, and bitten by the latest technologies
  • The ability to understand and support the basics of networking servers, different operation systems, laptop/desktop, network printers and mobile technology
  • The ability to explain technical problems to non-technical people
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
